Thermally Conductive Adhesives, Pastes and Sealing Mass

Eureca offers a range of materials for processing of peltier elements, coolers and accessories. Available are extremely good heat conducting one-and two-component silicone pastes a well as a low thermal conductive single-component polyurethane adhesive.

TCSC-3300

Thermally very well conductive one-component silicone paste with low viscosity and good electric isolation, non-curing, very high temperature range:

  • heat coupling of power semiconductors with heat sinks
  • heat coupling of peltier elements with heat sinks

TCSA-1530

Thermally very well conductive single-component silicone adhesive with very high mechanical tensile strength, electrically isolating, curing by humidity, permanently elastic, extremely large temperature range.

  • sticking power semiconductors and Peltier elements on heat sinks
  • sticking together heat sinks

TCSG-1500

Thermally very well conductive single-component silicone gel with very high electric isolation, permanently elastic, equals unevenness, extremely large temperature range

  • sticking power semiconductors and Peltier elements on heat sinks
  • sticking together heat sinks

TCSA-0770

Thermally very well conductive two-component silicone casting mass with high mechanical tensile strength and electric isolation, hot-curing and permanent elastic, extremely large temperature range:

  • sticking power semiconductors and Peltier elements together on heat sinks
  • sticking together heat sinks
  • filling high voltage devices of high energy dissipation
